WOW. can you say SCAM? I did a search for NIEL INC on google and nothing comes up even related to dairy. The corporations all seem to be french perfumers. HMMMM? Shall we prey on the desperate shall we? There is a solution for this type of issue. There are VERY few problems that cannot be resolved with a suitible application of HIGH EXPLOSIVE.

I agree with all you are saying guys. I also got the same stupid message about that stupid position. Something should be done about this fraudulent people. It is very sad that people like us that are looking for jobs have to face these things. They have us wasting time sending our resume out and when we see we got some response back we get happy thinking is something real and serious. I hope something can be done to stop this people from doing these unscrupulous things. It is not a funny thing to be without a job a desperate to find one and then we have to deal with bs like this.

I JUST RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM VANDER BASLER TELLING ME THAT, IF I HAD A CHECK PRINTING SOFTWARE THEN I HAD THE JOB... WHAT AN IDIOT... WHO WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT... ANY LEGIT COMPANY HAS EVERYTHING MATERIAL WISE. ALL THEY WOULD BE LOOKING FOR IS AN EMPLOYEE TO FILL THE POSITION, AND WOULDN'T REQUIRE THEM TO COME WITH THERE OWN SUPPLIES. I HOPE NO ONE FALLS VICTIM TO THIS JERK AND HIS BULL.

I too have applied for this "job". I have recieved three e-mails from them. I recived one today saying a check was on the way. They gave me a ups tracking # and gave me instructions on what to do with the check. Thay told me what to write on the western union form. I e-mailed the person who is in contact with me. Dani Sampson. I asked this person about the rumors of their company being a scam. My e-mail was quite lenghty on the research I did to make sure their company was legit. I recieved a reply with this message... "It's not true. The check is on its way."
This was the entire e-mail. I told this person that if they were trying to convince me that they were a legitimate company, they were not doing a very good job. I told them that I was not going to handle, sign, process or deal with their checks and to stop e-mailing me. I am currently waiting for a reply or some type of answer. We will see what happens. I will keep you updated.

He Scammed ME Too!!!!
Like most of you I have already gave my info.
As a follow up, did anyone actually ever receive any checks?
Do you think the checks are fraudulent?
How would this person benefit from this scam? Please Enlighten Me.

Scammed said...

I stupidly replied to his email and gave him my personal information along with my resume. There's so many crazy stories you hear about Craigslist all the time that it scares me knowing this person has my address.
